CJC-1295 (without DAC) and Ipamorelin target the growth hormone axis through different, complementary pathways, creating a synergistic effect:
CJC-1295 (without DAC): This peptide is a short-acting analog of Growth Hormone-Releasing Hormone (GHRH). Unlike the DAC version, it does not contain a Drug Affinity Complex, resulting in a much shorter half-life of approximately 30–60 minutes. It works by stimulating the pituitary gland to release growth hormone in a more natural, pulsatile manner, closely resembling the body’s physiological GH secretion patterns.
Ipamorelin: This is a selective ghrelin receptor agonist (GHRP). It has a short half-life of around 2 hours and produces a rapid, time-limited pulse of growth hormone release after dosing, without significantly increasing cortisol or prolactin levels.
